They didn't try and upsell me on anything and they were honest and friendly. If you're looking for a good repair shop, give them a try!

Lou and everyone in this shop is AMAZING. When I first moved to Michigan I stopped in at this shop and I refuse to go anywhere else. Lou is honest and will not try to take all your money. I have sent some people to his shop. Even though I do not live in Farmington Hills anymore, I still make the drive to see him when I need to. It is so hard to find a decent and HONEST car shop. In todays business world, It is hard to find a service center that will provide you with straight up information and facts so that a p erson can make an informed decision. The NAPA care center on Orchard Lake road in Farmington Hills did that for me. They told me what I needed for repairs and maintenance, quoted me a price and then suggested what priority and order I should do the repairs in. I had the most important repairs done and will have the other items done as the budget allows. This is a departure from what I have experienced in the past with other shops. My hat is off to that team, for their quality and the speed at which the work was done. Thanks again!
